CoLab is a collaborative professional work environment, best suited for work from home individuals who operate remotely, as well as small groups or teams who can work together in an office space.

While one of our locations does offer more privacy and traditional office ideals, CoLab may not be suitable for retail, food or beverage, chemical storage, businesses that work with children or adolescents, those who require loud speaker, phone, media, etc., or those who have frequent customers (tax preparers, traditional retail, etc. ). While we do our best to assure noise control, this is not a guarantee. Due to the close proximity of offices, we are not the best fit for someone who needs extra privacy or confidentiality, such as a counselor/therapist or doctor. We unfortunately do not allow minors as members or as guests at our locations. Thank you for understanding!

Conference Rooms -$75/Hr or $300 for a full workday

Sound Booths- $50/Hr, for up to 3 hours

Yes! We offer a flexible plan that allows your space to grow as your business does. After a 3 months minimum agreement has been met, your membership resumes month-to-month status.

At CoLab, we try to be as transparent and simple as possible when it comes to fees or extra charges. At the time of sign up, we only ask for a refundable* deposit, equal to one month’s membership fees for your space, as well as the first month’s payment, which will be prorated on your first month’s bill if you don’t begin your membership at the first of the month.

*Security Deposit is refundable if no damage has occurred to the space or its furnishings at the end of your agreement. Deposit also will be deemed non-refundable if you abandon the minimum of 3 months membership with a private office, or as otherwise noted in your office and services agreement upon sign up.

No. No tenancy is acquired when you have an office space or other membership at CoLab. We handle the overhead costs and office management so you can focus on the important things.

Yes! We invite you to test drive our space with a co-working day pass for $20 a day during operation hours (9AM-5PM, M-F). Please give us one business day’s notice by phone if possible.

Our admin team is on site Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM-5:00PM. Purchasing a monthly co-working, dedicated desk, or private office membership will allow you secure access to CoLab 24/7.

We ask you kindly give us 30 days notice, written or emailed, so that we have the opportunity to market the newly available space in a timely manner.

While we do cheer on start-ups, CoLab is not an incubator by definition. We offer the space for you to grow your business, and seek to grow a community of like-minded individuals in the entrepreneur and small business world.
